Customer service

You can always write me a mail in German or in English, and I will answer as quickly as possible.


Order confirmation
All orders are confirmed automatically per e-mail.

If you do not receive any order confirmation, there can be 3 reasons for that.

1. You have misspelled your email address, please contact me.

2. You have used a Gmail email address. In Gmail's opinion, Geilsk is not very good, and your order confirmation is most certain in your spam folder.

3. Your order did not go through. Please try again or contact me.

You will receive notice as quick as possible if any problems should occur with your order (being backordered or sold-out).

Please use the order number from your order confirmation for order enquiries.


Your order can be paid in the following ways:

You can use Dankort, Visa Dankort, Visa, Maestro, Jcb, Mastercard and American Expres. Geilsk is using a payment gateway from QuickPay. Communication of this payment solution has been tested by Nordic Nets. All card data is being sent encrypted.

Paypal: You can pay with Paypal, if you have an account. It is easy to make and does not cost anything.


If I am not able to deliver the entire order, I can reduce the amount to the new order total. Though, I cannot increase the amount, if you should wish to add one or more products.


Normally, your order is being sent within 3 days, after registration of your payment. Though, orders are only being sent on working days.

When your order has been sent, you receive an email, so you can start to look forward. Please contact me, if your order is not arriving as it should.

All orders are – when possible – delivered as maxiletters via PostDanmark. 


For all orders the price is 84 DKK (approx. 11,26 EUR or 13,80 USD).
I serve the right to invoice the actual postage costs, if you do not retrieve your package from the post office, or if reception is denied.

Return policy

You have a 14 days return period.
All products have to be unused and are to be returned in its original and intact packaging material. Protective packing materials shall not be breached.

If you want a refund, it will ease handling, if you – at the same time – send me your bank information. I need both IBAN and Swiftcode.


I return the amount exept postage at the same day, as I receive the return products.


Please be aware, the products on sale, discontinued or special produced cannot be returned.


Warranty of products
There is a 2 year warranty on all products, according to Danish law.

Geilsk exchanges or repairs as much as possible defective products, but I reserve the right to conclude a reported issue by paying out the original price paid for the product.

The charge for return shipment of these goods is paid, after agreement, by Geilsk.


I reserve the right to any sold-out products, price adjustments and misprint.


Personal information
No personal information, either given while ordering, will be misused or sold in any way, neither by me nor by any third party. The information given is only there to ensure, that the whole transaction is performed properly.
